I’ve been an active member in various umpire forums and blogs for quite a few years and have really enjoyed the experiences, the friendships, the lively discussions and the learning experiences. But I noticed there were no true online communities for umpires, just a number of different forums or blogs frequented by many of the same people. There were many things I liked about different sites, but not a larger online community designed for interactivity where umpires can interact with one-another beyond a forum.
